Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

International customers may be responsible for customs fees. We recommend declaring packages as “Returned Goods” if applicable to potentially reduce fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important: For hygiene reasons, items from our Intimates + Lounge collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  4. Ship your return to our Baltimore facility using a trackable method:

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Shipping for exchanges is free.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund
  • This policy applies to all items, including intimates which are normally final sale
