Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, intimates from our Intimates + Lounge collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our Baltimore facility using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Shipping for exchanges is free.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund
  • This policy applies to all items, including intimates which are normally final sale
